Connected platform information
When you connect a social platform to Superkool, we collect the account information needed to match you with relevant promotions and to verify completed actions.
How we use your data
To operate the platform: matching you with relevant promotions, processing bids and acceptances, verifying completed promotions, and paying out earnings. We do not sell your data.
Third-party platforms
When you connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to data you share with it. Disconnecting an account in Superkool does not automatically revoke authorization on the platform's side.
Data retention
We retain your account and promotion data as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
